With 2018 now in full swing, the five core members of Blackstone Media’s Leadership Team finally found some time to sit down and strategize for the months ahead. But, with every new phase in a project or company, there must also be time set aside for reflection—looking back at the things that worked, didn’t work, and the things that could have been.
